Invite every coach at once
Most leagues get everyone started in the same room. Put one QR code on the screen at your coaches meeting and every coach can scan it, sign up and land on your organization's team list in under a minute.
You can also copy the join link into an email, a group chat or your league newsletter, send individual email invitations to a coach you already know, or paste a whole list of coach emails and send bulk invitations in one action.
Keep the whole league organized
Your organization is built around a season. Inside the season you create divisions — 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, varsity, whatever your league uses — and add the teams that play in each one.
Teams start out claimable. A coach who joins picks their team from the list, becomes that team's owner and can bring their assistants in. No spreadsheets, no manual account setup.
Know who's gotten started
You can see who's using it. Not what they're running.
The organization dashboard rolls up by division: teams claimed, coaches joined, teams that have started building plays, and how many plays exist. That's enough to know which teams need a nudge before the season starts.
Organization administrators never open a team's play diagrams, playbooks or wristbands. Adoption is counts, not football.
Every team gets its own private workspace
Once a coach claims or joins their team, that team's plays, playbooks, wristbands and notes belong to the team's authorized coaches.
Other teams in the league can't see them, and neither can the organization. A league director gets adoption numbers; the coaching staff keeps the football.
